Registration Deadlines
Registration/fee due by August 7, 2010
Late fee of $100 assessed after August 7, 2010
FINAL registration deadline will be  August 21, 2010

Max # of Mens' teams: 50
Max # of Womens' teams: 40

 

Tournament Entry Fee
Men's Division - $600
Women's Division - $400

Waiver Form
Captains: please print and fill out a waiver form for each player on your team roster. All waiver forms will be collected during the Team Check-in/Registration process on Friday, Sept 3.
